Nubia Z60 Ultra: Global launch date confirmed for IP68 smartphone with triple OIS rear cameras

 Officially, Nubia's newest flagship Android smartphone for the global market, the Z60 Ultra, is on its way. With a new 35mm lens for its primary 50MP rear camera, the brand has revealed that it would have a "seamless" screen made possible by its OEM's under-display camera (UDC) technology. Its pre-launch social media presence in China has validated its design and other distinctive features.

Nubia has revealed that the Z60 Ultra will be available everywhere starting with the upcoming launch event. Additionally, the company has stated that the 6.8-inch UDC AMOLED screen powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC will provide a "Industry-Leading Full Screen Experience," which suggests that this panel will be identical to the one on the upcoming RedMagic 9 Pro.

With a "35mm Precision" 50MP primary rear camera, the Z60 Ultra is expected to be a significantly different smartphone from the back. While its Weibo account has undoubtedly verified that it would come with its own new Starry Night variant, Nubia has not announced its purportedly improved rear panel design on its international site. It's unlikely that the special edition will find its way onto the global market, but the Z60 Ultra's new IP68 rating and exclusive deals will.
